Job summary

Right at Home Twin Cities & South Suburbs in Minneapolis welcomes compassionate caregivers to join our award-winning team. We offer meaningful, flexible part-time work that fits your lifestyle and starts at $18/hr with weekend day shifts.

You will build relationships, provide companionship, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation while enjoying a supportive local office environment and chances for referral bonuses, 401(k) matching, PTO, AFLAC, and mobile

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to complete a TB test.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities.
