SYNERGY HomeCare MSP Metro is seeking compassionate and reliable weekend caregivers to provide wholehearted, life-energizing care in clients' homes. You’ll follow care plans, document care, assist with light housekeeping, meals, and transportation, and support clients with personal care as needed.

We offer competitive pay with a first increase at 30 days, flexible weekend schedules, paid orientation, 24/7 office support, overtime and holiday pay, and various perks to support our caregivers’

Formación

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Compassion and dependability.
• Weekend availability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous home care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship

• Follow care plans and complete accurate, detailed documentation of care provided

• Assist clients with light cleaning/housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation

• Help clients with basic personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and stand by assistance

What You’ll Need to Qualify:

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

• Compassion and dependability

• Weekend availability

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to pass a background check

• Previous home care experience (preferred but not required)
