ComForCare Home Health Care - Northern CO is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home, one-on-one care for seniors and adults with health needs in private residences across Fort Collins area. You’ll support daily living activities, monitor well-being, and help clients remain independent and safe at home.

• Passionate about serving others and helping them live their best lives.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and be 18+ years old.
• Previous home health/caregiver experience is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1-on-1 patient care in private homes.
• Support daily living activities and safety for clients.
• Coordinate with family and care team to maintain schedules.
• Flexible scheduling with days, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.


• Access to reliable transportation.


• Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.


• 18 years of age or older.


• Ability to pass a criminal background check.


• Current and valid Drivers License.

Compensation:

Starting wage $17.50/hour to $22.00/hour

Work Schedule

• Variety of Full-time, Part-time or PRN shifts


• 1 on 1 patient care allowing you to do what you do best


• Flexible scheduling for family, work, and school balance
