Job summary

Gabriel Group is seeking a patient care monitor to oversee safety and well-being for patients on a 12-hour shift schedule, Friday through Sunday. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, and physical ability to mobility across campus and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities include addressing patient concerns, ensuring program rule compliance, and assisting with milieu management under supervisory direction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact warmly and professionally with patients.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have the ability to walk across campus multiple times during a shift.
• Must be able to sit, bend, stand, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the safety and well being of patients (not in SCU).
• Ensures patient compliance with program rules and guidelines.
• Addresses and directs patient concerns to the shift supervisor as necessary.
• Assists with milieu management under supervision.
