Job summary

Home Instead Louisville is seeking compassionate Weekend Care Professionals (CarePros) available to work every Saturday and Sunday to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors.

We offer comprehensive training, ongoing support, and competitive pay and benefits. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with a $1.00 weekend differential, plus a $250 referral bonus and flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Be empathetic and client-focused as a care professional.
• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care in clients' homes.
• Demonstrate reliability and strong communication with families and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands when applicable.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with dementia or Alzheimer's as needed.
• Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in clients' condition and report to supervisor.
• Complete accurate documentation per company policies.
