Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Good verbal communication and ability to read/write/speak English with residents and coworkers who speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by state) and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and document changes in elder health or behavior and report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
