Job summary

Morada Senior Living is hiring Care/Medication Technicians to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a home-like environment. The role includes monitoring residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and supporting medications under supervision.

Qualified candidates may have CNA certification, a high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid certifications. 18+ age required with prior senior care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver duties including monitoring residents and providing hands-on assistance.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist with continence management, meals, and daily living activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of resident rooms and common areas.
• Engage residents in activities and promote dignity and safety.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision.
