Fortress Nutrition, LLC in Milwaukee, WI is hiring for a high-speed Beverage Canning operator to join our growing team. This role offers starting pay of $20.00-$22.00 per hour, with weekend premium, paid for 40 hours though you work 36.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work additional hours if needed based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment (filler, seamer, packaging, shrink wrapper).
• Monitor production to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime.
• Act with urgency to quickly address line or equipment faults.
• Identify and elevate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed.
• Follow all safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices.
• Support team operations through overtime as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
