Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Cabling Specialist for the weekend shift at our Wisconsin facility. This onsite role requires collaboration across teams and strict adherence to production processes. The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role offers weekend hours with compensation for 40 hours, while scheduled 36 hours are worked per week. Shift runs 6:00am–6:30pm Fri–Sun, with a focus on training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Fluency in English and strong reading and math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs varied and general tasks of a transactional nature in manufacturing.
• Follows detailed documentation to perform process-oriented tasks like testing and inspection.
• Identify areas for simple to complex process improvements with limited guidance.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Operate multiple machines and support quality assurance.
• Coordinate tasks within a team and align with CTO expectations.
