Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to develop and implement activities in product areas to meet production, quality, cost and predictability goals across production sites. You will perform a range of tasks in the manufacturing process, from basic assembly to testing and data collection, working primarily onsite from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Performs varied and general tasks of a transactional nature involving the manufacturing process.
• Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute process-oriented tasks such as testing, inspecting or advanced rack building.
• Identifies simple to complex areas for process improvement and seeks limited guidance for resolution.
• Supports the training of new employees.
• Operates multiple machines and simultaneously supports quality assurance.
• Coordinates tasks within a team.
• Understands and executes to customer expectations, e.g., CTO expectations.
