Role Overview

We are hiring a Breakfast Attendant for our NEW Homewood Suites by Hilton in EpicCentral! Experience with breakfast at Homewood Suites, Residence Inn, or Staybridge Suites is preferred. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about serving others and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain a clean dining room, service area, and food and beverage hallways (depending on hotel design).
2. Provide professional, competent, and prompt service attentive to guest needs.
3. Arrive in uniform with a friendly attitude.
4. Restock food and supplies to ensure continuous service.
5. Continuously clean areas to ensure a consistent guest experience.
6. Engage with guests about local area information and activities.
7. Report guest concerns to management.
