Job summary

Shamin Hotels is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to efficiently assemble and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring guests are greeted with warmth and a well-stocked station. You will work with the team to deliver consistent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include setting up the breakfast bar, taking inventory, preparing items, clearing tables, and restocking throughout service hours. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with strong customer-service focus required.

• Basic reading, writing and math skills are required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work must be available.

In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.Essential Job Functions:• Providing personalized service to all guests• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards• Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day• Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentration• Setting out/arranging cold food, such as pastries, cereals, etc.• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated• Preparing and setting up hot food items• Restocking items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day• Washing serving equipment and returning to storage• Other and all duties, projects, and tasks assigned by managementAbout Us:In a story of entrepreneurial spirit and partnership, P.C.
