Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to drive sales through live events and product sampling at retail locations. You will engage customers, bring brands to life, and support store management as needed. Weekend availability is highly valued to match peak shopping times.

No prior experience required; full training provided, with benefits and opportunities for growth. Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Available to work 2+ shifts per weekend (Fri–Sun)
• Available to work minimum 3 weekends per month
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing
• Excellent customer service and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling
• Support management as needed and collaborate with store teams
• Work on weekends when customer engagement is highest
