Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring to drive sales by engaging customers through live events and product sampling, primarily on weekends. You will support management and participate in events in stores where customer interaction is strongest.

No experience required; full training and team support provided. Weekend shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and customizable benefits are offered, with emphasis on growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly and enthusiastic; able to interact with customers and store management.
• 18 years or older and able to work weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling.
• Support management as needed and participate in weekend activities when customer engagement is highest.
