Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking upbeat team members to help shape shopper experiences through live events and product sampling. You will engage customers, demonstrate brands, and support store management as needed.

This role emphasizes weekends (Fri–Sun) with 2+ shifts and at least 3 weekends per month. No experience required; full training is provided. Competitive pay: $16.00 per hour, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Friendly and enthusiastic with strong customer interaction skills.
• Able to work 2+ shifts per weekend (Fri–Sun) and a minimum of 3 weekends per month.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Willing to perform prep, cooking, and cleaning tasks and maintain safety in a retail setting.
• Reliable transportation and good teamwork.

• Provide support to management as needed.
