Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking friendly team members to drive sales through live events and product sampling at retail locations. Training is provided, and weekend availability is essential for peak customer engagement.

You'll work Fridays through Sundays with supportive team and opportunities for growth. A background in customer service helps, but training is provided for all new hires.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and store management.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2+ shifts per weekend, Friday through Sunday.
• Available to work minimum 3 weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Motivated self-starter who works well independently and with others.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling.
• Work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), when stores are busiest and your impact is greatest.
