A community-focused organization in Houston is seeking a Bike Patrol Officer to secure designated areas and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will patrol on a bike, respond to incidents, and manage conflicts effectively, ensuring a safe environment. Must be able to work weekends and possess a valid driver’s license. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to ride and maneuver a multispeed Mountain Bike comfortably.
• Familiarity with Texas Bike Laws and bike safety.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
• Conduct regular exterior patrols on bike to ensure safety.
• Manage conflicts using de-escalation skills.
• Respond to and document incidents within an Incident Management System.
• Understand and implement Emergency and Action Plans.
