Job summary

Innovive Health in Framingham, MA is seeking a full-time, exempt Home Health RN to deliver patient-centered nursing care in home settings. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality outcomes.

You will supervise Home Health Aides and LPNs, complete timely documentation (including OASIS), and educate patients and families on health management. A valid RN license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• BSN with 1 year experience or ASN/Diploma with 2 years experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job description

Schedule (Full-Time, Exempt)

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Monday: 4 hours for follow-ups and documentation

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands
• Regular bending, kneeling, and reaching

• Ability to lift/push up to and over 25 lbs as needed
• Exposure to clinical environments and infectious materials
