Job summary

LDF Sales & Distributing, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Weekend Merchandiser to join our Sales Support team in Wichita, KS and nearby towns. This part-time role focuses on stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring beer brands are presented according to company standards.

The ideal candidate will have basic training, be capable of lifting up to 160 lbs, and work 2–5 days per week in retail environments. Flexible schedule and bi-weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of necessary training program.
• Know how to read codes dates on products and rotate accordingly.
• Knowledge of POS zones and how to place locations per LDF standards.
• In-depth knowledge of LDF Quality Program, procedures, and alcohol laws.
• Knowledge of every brand and package in LDF portfolio.
• Grooming and hygiene consistent with professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage time effectively to cover daily demands and follow the designated itinerary.
• Pull product from back stock and replenish shelves and displays.
• Rotate beer according to code dates.
• Identify and notify manager of out-of-code product.
• Communicate out-of-stock products to manager.
• Hang permanent POS and support LDF POS standards.
• Build merchandise displays and cross merchandise with related products.
• Organize backroom for easy pulling of products for shelf and staging to help driver.
