Job summary

LDF Sales & Distributing, Inc. in McPherson, KS is hiring a Part Time Merchandiser for the Sales Support department.

The role is 2 days per week (Wednesdays and Saturdays), about 4–6 hours weekly, stocking shelves and building displays in licensed retail accounts under supervision. The candidate will work with the Advanced Salesman and Delivery Driver in Off Premise accounts, following QA procedures and company policies, and must be able to lift and move products as needed.

Qualifications

• Prefer high school degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of displays and how to produce them.
• Read product codes and rotate accordingly.
• Understand LDF Quality Program and state alcohol laws.
• Knowledge of each brand in LDF portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Cover daily demands with the designated itinerary.
• Pull product from back stock and replenish shelves.
• Rotate beer according to code dates.
• Identify out-of-code product and notify manager.
• Communicate out-of-stock items to manager.
• Hang POS and support LDF POS standards.
• Build merchandise displays across related products.
• Organize backroom to aid shelf pulling and driver deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Area Sales Manager.
