UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Weekend Baylor RN in a 32-hour salaried Home Health position with full-time pay and benefits. The role offers flexible weekend scheduling (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday) and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include developing patient care plans, coordinating with the care team, supervising aides, and ensuring compliant documentation. RN licensure and reliable transportation are required; CPR and 1+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current Driver's License and access to dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and updates patient plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides and coordinates high-quality clinical care; supervises and assigns tasks to home health aides and LPN/LVNs in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Documents all patient care per policy and payer requirements; communicates with physicians, patients, families, and staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Participates in orientation and precepting of new staff; contributes to performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Demonstrates professionalism including punctuality, continued learning, and on-call/weekend rotations.
• Functionally adapt to home settings regardless of patient demographics.
