Honor Health Network is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Baylor program in Waterbury, CT. This full-time role offers weekend-focused shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon) with three 12-hour blocks and a pay range of $28.00–$30.00 per hour.

The Baylor schedule provides work-life balance while maintaining consistent pay. Responsibilities include nursing care per care plans, emergency care, med administration, EMR documentation, and supervising CNAs to ensure safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or rehabilitation preferred (new grads welcome).
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication.
• Reliability essential due to weekend Baylor shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients per care plans.
• Handle emergency visits.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or medical director.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Supervise CNA staff to ensure patient dignity and safety.
