Crowne Health Care in Mobile, AL is accepting applications for Certified Nursing Assistants to join our geriatric care team. This Baylor weekend position offers full-time pay and benefits while focusing on weekend shifts to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) per resident plans
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and personal care
• Obtain and document vital signs as required
• Accurately document ADL care and services provided
• Observe residents and report changes to the nurse promptly
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort and safety
• Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents and families
