Job summary

Newly Weds Foods- Broadview, IL is seeking a Batch Maker to produce batches in specification with proper documentation, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. The role includes operating CIP equipment and performing basic cleaning tasks.

Hours include Friday 3am–5pm and Sat/Sun 3am–4:30pm; the job reports to the Production Supervisor. Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform basic math as part of daily tasks.

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to perform basic math.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Understand written and verbal instructions to complete assembly of products.
• Follow Manufacture Procedures and quality standards as directed by Foreman.
• May learn Automation System and gun scanners if authorized.
• Cross train in other work areas within the department and possibly others.
• Identify processing issues and report them to teammates and Foreman.
