How You Will Make a Difference

• Manage administrative and functional areas within the Nursing Department.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in departmental operations, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations to maintain quality care.
• Delegate responsibilities to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors, empowering them to perform their duties effectively.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.
• One to two years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

This is a weekend ADON position with flexible shifts.
