Job summary

Donaldson Company in Baldwin, WI is seeking an onsite weekend assembler to assemble and package products. The shift runs Fri–Sun, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., onsite, paid for 40 hours.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, material handling with forklifts, ensuring prints compliance, operating test equipment, labeling and documentation, and adhering to safety policies. HS diploma or GED required; gainsharing and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with forklifts, cranes, and material handling helpful.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assemble non-repetitive parts and multiple parts per operation.
• Package parts and assemblies.
• Ensure compliance to prints.
• Operate test equipment as required.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Complies with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies.
• Uses all required PPE.
