Qualifications

• Cantonese fluency required to assist Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort handling dogs and cats of various sizes.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate client and animal care during adoption process.
• Coach clients on medical, behavioral information and training basics.
• Record and process financial transactions and data entries.
• Maintain hygiene, safety protocols, and data accuracy.
• Promote SF SPCA programs, events and donation opportunities.
