Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a part-time weekend nights Senior Admissions Registrar for the Bayshore Gardens F.E.D. and Sun City F.E.D. You will greet patients, register them, conduct initial financial screening, secure signatures, and explain admission and financial responsibilities.

This role requires 1 year of registration experience and EMR knowledge. Competitive benefits are offered. Schedule: Saturday 7p–7a and Sunday 7p–7a.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• EMR knowledge and medical coding experience needed.
• Prior registration experience is required.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Medical terminology knowledge required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Accurate data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients cordially and register them accurately.
• Perform initial financial screening and counseling.
• Obtain required signatures and inform patients of hospital admission and financial responsibilities.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
