Job summary

Houston Cardiovascular Associates in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our private cardiology team, providing high-acuity care for adults and geriatric patients in weekend coverage. The ACNP will work under supervision, assess and manage complex cardiovascular conditions, collaborate with physicians, and rotate at Houston Methodist Hospital.

3+ years cardiology, ACNP board certification required; weekend call from Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm, with benefits

Qualifications

• ACNP board certification required.
• 3+ years of cardiology experience required.
• Licensed NP or PA in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend hospital coverage and call duties as assigned.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage adults with complex cardiovascular conditions in high-acuity units.
• Collaborate with physicians and HCVA team to deliver high-quality patient care.
