Encore Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Activity Assistant for The Courtyard at Delta in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on engaging residents through creative activities, games, and social interaction to enrich daily life. Weekend availability is required, and training is provided.

You will work within a supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact in a warm, home-like environment, upholding Encore’s values of integrity, compassion, quality, and diversity.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Training program available; candidate will be trained.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Engage residents in activities such as painting, games, and exercises to enrich their daily lives.
• Create joyful memories with residents and their families.
