Job summary

Encore Senior Living is seeking a Part Time 3rd Shift Caregiver at The Courtyard at Delta in Lansing, MI. This role provides personal assistance and daily care to residents, helping them maintain independence and dignity in a warm, home-like community.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of health care experience, is 18+, and is willing to train. We offer benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, PTO, EAP and referral programs.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
• Must 18 years of age or older.
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• The Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services related to the residents, and to enhance the resident’s independence and quality of life.
• Assist residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning.
