EF Language Abroad in Florida seeks Weekend Activity Leaders to guide exciting excursions for international students. You will lead activities and ensure student safety while delivering memorable experiences that blend language practice with real-world settings.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and people-focused, with strong leadership and communication skills. This is a weekend, part-time role offering meaningful engagement with diverse cultures and opportunities to grow within EF.

Qualifications

• Energetic and confident personality suitable for dynamic, high-energy environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills for group activities.
• Experience with youth programs or event coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with Miami/South Florida attractions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend excursions, activities, and events.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing, and welfare of all students at all times.
• Deliver engaging, organized experiences using EF activity plans.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for students from around the world.
• Manage attendance, transportation, and schedules during excursions.
• Follow safety and safeguarding protocols and escalate when needed.
• Communicate with the Activities Manager before, during, and after events.
• Handle minor behavioral or welfare concerns calmly and professionally.
• Represent EF professionally with students, vendors, and the public.
• Encourage participation, social interaction, and language practice.
