Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent (must)
• CNA Certification in NC preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan activities for large groups, small groups and individuals
• Observe and report attendance and participation
• Coordinate with volunteers and staff for program delivery
• Meet new residents and assist with orientation to activities
• Maintain infection control and safety practices
• Engage residents with warmth, respect and a caring environment
• Respond to call lights promptly and professionally
• Attend departmental meetings and trainings
