Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group activities meeting residents' preferences and needs.
• Support residents' routines and choices while addressing their concerns.
• Communicate with the Activity Director, supervisor, and care team as appropriate.
• Provide one-on-one activities for bed-bound residents or those unable to attend group programs.
• Maintain activity calendars, equipment, and supplies; ensure safety and a comfortable environment.
