Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks compassionate staff to engage geriatric residents in activities that support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will work as part of a team to welcome new teammates and help onboard them, while encouraging participation in daily programs.

The role emphasizes serving others, motivating residents in health and wellness activities, and coordinating volunteers to enhance community involvement and resident wellbeing.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with geriatric population is preferred
• CNA certification is preferred. Must be open to getting CNA certification within the first six (6) months of employment
