Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is hiring for a medical facility cleaning role. The position involves cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, and adhering to health and safety standards. Strong communication and reliable transportation are required.

Salary is USD 30.00 per hour with Saturdays and Sundays 12am–8am shifts. We offer a benefits package including medical, dental, life, LTD, and a 401K plan. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing physical duties such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning for a medical facility.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform additional duties including floods and spills cleanup as needed.

• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred

• Must be willing to work assigned hours
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
