Job summary

Wood Violet Recovery is seeking a 2nd Shift Part-Time Weekend Behavioral Health Technician to support adults in a residential treatment setting in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. The role focuses on providing compassionate care, assisting with intake, transportation, and daily client activities.

You will monitor safety, document progress, collaborate with clinical staff, and help create a supportive, therapeutic environment. Schedule: 2:30pm–11:00pm, Sundays and Mondays, 16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Welcoming new clients and assisting with intake, including tours, paperwork, and orientation.
• Providing transportation to appointments, airports, community outings, and other approved activities.
• Conducting routine wellness checks and obtaining vital signs.
• Monitoring client safety and maintaining a therapeutic environment.
• Documenting observations, interactions, and client progress accurately and timely.
• Supporting clients through challenging moments with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
