Lozier Corporation is seeking a Welder for our manufacturing operations in Indiana. The role involves performing welding operations across robotic, MIG, and spot welding, while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in line with production specifications.

You will read blueprints, set up equipment, and monitor weld quality, collaborating with engineers and technicians to optimize processes. Experience in welding and adherence to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in welding processes; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Required Skills: basic PC skills, reading blueprints, weld symbols, tolerances, metallurgy basics.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and process optimization.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Read blueprints and drawings to perform welding operations accurately.
• Set up welding equipment, select tools and materials as needed.
• Perform welding safely and efficiently to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Inspect welds for quality, maintain equipment, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Operate robotic, MIG, and spot welders as required, and coordinate with engineers.
