Accucare Nursing and Home Care in Hopewell Junction, NY is seeking a 1:1 nurse to join our home care team. The role focuses on compassionate, patient‑centered care for a child in the patient’s residence, with weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• NYS Nursing licensure required.
• Some experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required.
• Must be computer literate.
• Completion of onboarding required prior to training.
• Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift.
• Must have malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing in the patient's home.
• Care for a child with developmental needs and assist with daily activities.
• Maintain detailed nursing notes and communicate with family and supervisors.
• Adhere to on‑call and scheduling requirements for weekend shifts.
