Accucare Nursing and Home Care in Hopewell Junction, NY is seeking a 1:1 nurse to join our home care team. The role focuses on compassionate, patient‑centered care for a child in the patient’s residence, with weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing in the patient's home.

Job Details:

• 1:1 Nursing in patient's home (Well trained and friendly Labrador in home)
• Friendly 9yr old Female with Developmental delay, Gastrostomy, Non-ambulatory, Non-verbal, Oxygen, Seizure activity, Tracheostomy, Ventilator
• Part-time scheduling (Full-time or per diem cases available)
• Patient-specific training provided
• Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)
• Friendly and communicative family to work with

Available Shifts: Weekends

• Saturday & Sunday: (7:00AM-3:00PM), (3:00PM-11:00PM) (Hours Flexible)

Requirements:

• Some experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required

Compensation:
