Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• 1–2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals.
• Utilize techniques and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Monitor and document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises to continue at home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated on new developments in physical therapy.
