Our Client in Amery, Wisconsin is seeking a Physical Therapist for a permanent, on-site opportunity. The role requires Wisconsin licensure or eligibility and offers a daytime schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The position focuses on evaluating mobility, delivering therapy, and documenting progress to support patient independence and safety. The compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility must be completed before practice.
• Accredited education and clinical qualifications for physical therapy practice.
• Sound clinical reasoning and clear, patient-centered communication.
• Ability to assess, plan, deliver and document care within scope and requirements.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate functional needs and mobility limitations and set individualized treatment goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions; reassess progress and adapt the plan of care.
• Use exercise, gait, balance, strength and functional mobility strategies to connect treatment with daily activities.
• Document evaluations, interventions and progress; communicate changes and ensure safety and standards.
