Job summary

The Registered Nurse Circulator at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Centennial provides nursing coverage during operative cases, including patient positioning, prepping, and circulating the surgery. Experience in ENT, Gastroenterology, General, Ophthalmology, and related specialties is preferred.

This role is weekdays only with 4x10 hour shifts, no holidays, weekends, nights or on-call requirements, and includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an OR Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient, prep the patient, and circulate the case during surgery.
• Assist with surgical procedures and ensure sterile technique in ENT, GI, general, ophthalmology, and related specialties.
