Responsibilities include cleaning common areas and resident apartments, coordinating with Maintenance, and submitting work orders as needed. The role emphasizes compassionate service, attention to detail, and safe chemical handling in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean all common areas and resident apartments.
• Partner with Maintenance to monitor building cleanliness and repairs.
• Submit maintenance work orders and notify when supplies are low.
• Maintain a clean laundry area and store chemicals safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
