Overview

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate will work Monday through Thursday from 4:00 am to 3:00 pm and will be responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities within an assigned area of a fast-paced distribution facility.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing distribution-related functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading, depending on operational needs.
2. Occasionally operating a pallet jack to move products.
3. Contributing to a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety practices.
4. Demonstrating commitment to the company's core values.
5. Interacting with supervisors, leads, and work groups for task-related information exchange.
6. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for the distribution process.
7. Working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, with no previous experience required. Basic math and computer skills are necessary, along with the ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and 150 pounds infrequently.
