Elgin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Elgin, TX

Position Details:

• Type: Full Time
• Shift: 2pm-10pm
• Category: Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing quality care to promote residents' well-being based on assessments and care plans.
• Observe, assess, document, and report resident conditions during rounds.
• Implement care plans and administer prescribed medications.
• Conduct physician rounds and record visits.
• Perform narcotic reconciliation and identify significant changes in resident conditions.
• Oversee and monitor aides and complete incident reports.
• Discharge residents as per policy and communicate with residents' contacts regarding updates or changes.

Qualifications:

• Completed RN/LVN program at an accredited institution.
• Active RN/LVN license in Texas in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
