Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is hiring dependable General Production Associates to join a team on an encapsulation production line.

Pay is $18.00/hour with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Duties include folding materials, loading conveyors, counting and packaging finished pieces, and supporting general production tasks. Forklift positions may be available; excellent attendance and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Dependable individuals with good attendance.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fold materials and load products onto the conveyor.
• Remove finished products from the conveyor.
• Count finished pieces and package them into boxes.
• Assist with general production and packaging duties.
• Work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly.
• Some positions may involve forklift operation.
