Assignments are matched within a 30‑mile radius of your home to keep commutes reasonable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of childcare experience (nannying, babysitting, daycare, etc.)
• 2–3 childcare references
• CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Must be 18+
• Availability for two consistent weekdays between 7AM–7PM
• Comfortable with variable weekly hours (5–20 hrs/week typical)

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, in-home care for infants, toddlers, and school‑age children
• Engage kids in age‑appropriate, safe, and fun activities
• Support daily routines: meals, naps, playtime, bedtime
• Prepare bottles, snacks, and simple meals following family instructions
• Transport children safely when needed (reliable vehicle)
• Maintain a safe environment and handle minor first‑aid needs
• Follow family preferences to ensure a great experience
