Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state (TX).
• BLS and ACLS Required; PALS if required by the center.
• 2 years experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for PACU patients, with continual evaluation of condition.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient and family in preparation for discharge.
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms with tasks, conscious sedation, and sterile techniques as appropriate.
