Job summary

The Surgery Center of Boerne is seeking a part-time Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulator) to support sterile processing and intraoperative patient care. The Circulating RN will position and prep the patient and circulate the case in gastroenterology, general, and orthopedics as needed.

This role requires weekdays only with no holidays, weekends, or on-call. Some early mornings or later evenings may be needed based on the surgical schedule and flow of the day.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient during surgery.
• Prepare the patient for surgery.
• Circulate the case during the procedure.
